Weekly Meal Plan & Weigh In: February Week 2

No matter what I did last week I wasn't able to pull back enough to make up for  my Friday & Saturday off plan. I also think that the fact I'd lost 2lbs when I wasn't expecting it the week before probably played a part. So i gained 2.5lbs at weigh in this week. Obviously I would like to see the scales go down, but one of the things I wanted to work on this year is focusing on other aspects of a healthier lifestyle. I have found over the past few weeks that I am sleeping better, my skin has improved and I am really enjoying the food I am eating Monday to Friday. Because I have my work lunches prepped, I have a more time to focus on taking an actual break.

I did have another busy and food filled weekend; I ended up eating out 3 times and getting a takeaway over 2 days. As much as I enjoyed it, I was pretty ready to get back to regular home made food again on Sunday. This weekend is quiet enough, I am going to allow myself I little treat on Thursday and a few drinks on Saturday night but the plan is to be a lot more mindful the rest of the weekend.

I've switched up the format of the meal plan this week. I am hoping in the next few weeks I will be doing a bit of a revamp on the whole blog. Going back and tidying up some of my old posts and reformatting things a bit. I'll also be looking for a bit of feedback on how to make things better over here, so if you follow me on Instagram and Facebook keep and eye out. I really would love to hear from you!
