I did it. I got my 5th silver 7. I was not expecting a 2lb loss this week. I knew I had been good but I had eaten every single weekly.
Just goes to show the weeklies really are there to be used. I'm half a stone ahead of my target which is good as my weight loss is bound to slow down the closer I get to goal. Tough week to get through this week but aiming for a small loss or even a STS to keep me on track. Have a recipe for Beef Wellington that I will post over the weekend, but right now I need some sleep!
